Clothing brand Wildcraft under its Hypashield range has launched protection masks with a three – layered filtration system to provide protection from three kinds of particles, the company said. Under this range, the brand aims to launch a set of personal protective products such as safety overalls, sleeping bags, and safety kits.
“It is an opportunity to serve the nation and its citizens in parallel. We plan to step into the Personal Protective Gear (PPG) segment with a set of products under the Hypashield umbrella meant to keep civilians, security, delivery, students, and medical personnel etc., protected in the long run. Apart from masks, we have safety overalls, sleeping bags, safety kits in the development pipeline, ” said Siddharth Sood & Gaurav Dublish, Founders of Wildcraft in a joint statement.
The masks are washable, thus reusable and are environment friendly. Launched at a price of Rs. 200 per piece, the masks are available in packs of 3, 5 and 7 at Myntra’s platform.
Online shopping company Myntra claims to have taken safety measures such as regular cleaning and sanitisation of its facilities and availability of sanitizers and protective masks to its delivery executives. In addition, the company is also offering a COVID – 19 insurance and pay benefits to its employees who are quarantined or diagnosed with the disease, it said.
